What I love about the barrels is the intensity of the abdominal work you can do, as well as the spine mobility you gain from this static piece of pilates equipment.

I love seeing students become teachers - taking control and confidently communicating the essence of an exercise. Over the period of a course you see it build a person's self esteem, improve posture, increase core strength and deep abdominal activation. This is one reason why I really love training teachers!!!
