A common mistake you see with the criss cross is reaching the elbow to the knee and over turning the head, straining the neck.  The oblique line is more fine - think of reaching middle of your ribs to the bent leg. Then he does connect his ribs but a little too much, protracting his shoulders and flexing his spine.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I love how he is wearing his little high waisted shorts - a signature statement. This is the actual man that has revolutionized exercise as we know it today.
